Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, fast paced business in a role that offers real variety, exposure and development.

Working closely with an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide day to day support across a wide range of business activities, gaining insight into how different parts of the organisation operate.

This is not a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day. You’ll be supporting across multiple teams, getting involved in different projects and building experience that can open up future career opportunities.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You’ll support the Executive Assistant and wider business with a mix of administrative and coordination tasks.

You’ll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable working across different priorities, often switching between tasks throughout the day.

You’ll be trusted to manage your workload, pick things up quickly and support wherever needed across the business.

How You’ll Spend Most Of Your Time

Most weeks, you’ll be:

  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with day to day priorities and workload
  • Managing expenses and holiday approvals
  • Assisting with monthly reporting and portfolio updates
  • Preparing presentations and business documents
  • Supporting internal projects and business initiatives
  • Helping coordinate charity and wider business activities
  • Working with different departments to provide support where needed

Who This Role Is For

  • Has previous administrative experience or strong transferable skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Is organised, detail focused and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Is proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Is looking to build experience and develop their career
  • Has strong communication skills and takes a customer focused approach in their work

Experience That Helps

  • Administrative or office based experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365
  • Exposure to business operations or corporate environments

  • Experience using AI tools or systems
