About the Role:

ServiceMaster in Columbus is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to provide essential support to our office and operations teams. This role handles a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, onboarding support, and payroll assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with onboarding of new hires, including paperwork and system setup
Provide general administrative support to office and management teams
Help with payroll processing and basic accounting tasks
Monitor email communications and respond or escalate as appropriate
Maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience preferred
Strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information

Preferred:

Experience with WinTeam software
Background in payroll, accounting, and onboarding
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
