Receptionist/Admin Assist
We are currently looking for a receptionist. This is a full time position for a hard working, responsible, well-organized individual. Ability to communicate in a professional manner to customers while building relationships with them as well.
We install security, video surveillance, audio, and access system in commercial and residential sites.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and provide customer service as necessary, distribute calls and messages as needed
* DATA ENTRY
* Enter contracts into our system & invoices into Quick Books
* Create new customer files and maintain files
* Process new account hook ups
* Input data into the database systems
* Help in accounts receivable with collection attempts
* Entering payments
* Manage the technicians schedules
* Scheduling service jobs/contracted jobs
* Customer follow up calls
* Track returns and RMA’s
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
*Experience with Microsoft Office ( Excel, Outlook, Word )
*Experience with Quick Books is preferred
*Strong written and oral communication skills
*Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and manage last minute requests
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required
* Dependable, flexible and reliable
*Problem solving skills
