Responsibilities

Serve as a representative to the team, managing multiple requests

Manage a calendar for stakeholders, managing last-minute changes

Coordinate meeting logistics including conference room reservations

Book travel details such as flight, hotel, and ground transportation

Process employee expenses and travel claims following company policy

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and presentations

Establish procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Be a resource to colleagues, helping to train on company systems

Requirements

3+ years of executive assistance experience

Collaborative, organized, and responsive professional

Able to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Adept at working independently and efficiently

Skilled in MS Office, Concur, and Travel booking software
