ZA Construction, LLC is looking for a responsible experienced full-time Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator to perform various administrative and clerical tasks in Irondale, AL. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Duties:
Responsible for assistance in the billing process, including preparation, processing, and tracking invoices to customers and resolving account discrepancies.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Organize and maintain computerized files.
Assist home office with weekly payroll and time-card verification.
Assist management team with employee relations.
Support all administrative aspects in the office.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
This is an on-site/in office full-time position.
Skills:
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable law
Maintain an advanced degree of confidentiality along with excellent judgement, discretion, and a high degree of maturity/professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
1-3 years administrative experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, expert level in written and verbal communication skills and superior attention to detail.
