Summary:

Concorde, Inc is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.

Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, and respond or escalate as necessary.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project planning.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Perform general office duties such as office supply inventory and order management as well as other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role for at least 2 years.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education:

Associate’s degree required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
