From Manpower, we are currently seeking an Executive Assistant (F/M/X) for an 18-month project with one of our main clients, a leading multinational in the technology sector, to support a World-Wide (WW) Technical Leader and their Strategic Partnership team.

This is a remote-first role based in Spain, supporting a General Manager located in Dubai. You will be the "right hand" to leadership, ensuring the business rhythm runs seamlessly across multiple time zones.

End Date: 30th June 2026 (18-month)

Key Responsibilities 🛠️

🗓️ Executive Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize complex global calendars and executive series to drive schedule efficiencies.

🔄 Business Rhythm: Manage the team’s operational rhythm, including monthly/quarterly meetings and team morale events.

💡 Anticipation of Needs: Make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the leader, understanding business priorities.

✈️ Travel & Expenses: Coordinate domestic and international travel, trip preparation, and expense reporting with high coding accuracy.

📊 Data & Tools: Manage aliases, distribution lists (DLs), Teams access, and ad hoc reporting using organizational tools.

🏢 Operations Support: Handle department facility operations, space planning, new hire setup, and process invoices.

🗣️ Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a forward-thinking point of contact, liaising with stakeholders and executive staff globally.

Requirements & Qualifications 🎯

🌍 Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is a must (daily interaction with Dubai/USA).

⚡ Proven Experience: Significant background working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.

📅 Operational Mastery: Expert level in Diary & Travel management, including complex international itineraries.

🔍 Exceptional Attention to Detail: A methodical approach to administrative tasks, ensuring zero errors in reminders, expense coding, and communications.

🤝 Team Player: Ability to partner effectively with the current EA to manage overflow and focus on high-impact tasks like Townhall meetings, surveys, and executive trips.
