Pay: 24-29/hour

Hours: Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm

The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in office support while assisting with basic operations. In addition to general administrative duties such as managing schedules, organizing documents, and coordinating meetings, this role involves maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with payroll preparation. Provide assistance utilizing Service Titan functionality, computer/technology support, oversight of fleet management, oversight and organization of various operational and warehouse tasks.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a strong aptitude for both administrative and financial tasks.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years relevant work experience
Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience providing exceptional customer service
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work well with others
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Ability to keep a positive attitude
