Job Description
Reporting to the Head of GCEO office, will support the Group CEO’s office
Acting as PA to the Advisor to the GCEO
Calendar management of Advisor to the GCEO and assisting with the calendar management of the GCEO
Coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel and accommodations (incl visa, ground transport and catering arrangements).
Adjust travel, meetings, and logistics as needed with a constantly changing schedule
Providing also some targeted support to other members of the senior management
Consolidate and submit monthly travel expenses
Coordinate and help prioritize internal and external meetings, calls, events, ensuring relevant teams and/or partners are aware or included
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience as an Assistant (either as team assistant or personal assistant)
Fluent English skills, German is a clear advantage
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings and events, routinely gather, collate and classify data
Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize
Strong sense of accountability, personal initiative, and responsibility
