Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
Scanning documents and saving to appropriate folders.
Packaging tax returns for clients, emailing to clients or arranging for pickup.
Accurately keeping checklists and reaching out to clients on signed forms that are needed.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date.
Provide administrative support to accountants and other staff on various tasks.
Manage office supplies.
Go to bank, post office and FedEx as needed, typically daily.
Open mail and packages and distribute to appropriate staff.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and clerical experience
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Experience with data entry, filing
Knowledge of QuickBooks and office management practices is a plus

Pay: From $900.00 per week
