About The Client (AU Client)The client was born from three co-founders who set out on a mission to create a world with Zero Wasted Potential in people, business, and society. Since then, we have built a team who each bring with them a backpack of skills that make the company and technology that it is today.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Chief Customer Officer. This role requires excellent organization and communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Manage the CEO and CCO’s calendar

Making travel bookings for the CEO and CCO, either direct or via a travel agent.

Handle expense reports and other administrative duties for the CEO.

Email triage and general administrative tasks for the CEO.

Assist in sending out communications via email, HubSpot, and LinkedIn, and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings for the CEO.

Managing the virtual meetings for internal meetings such as company All Hands and senior leadership team meetings.

Ensure all interactions and engagements are handled with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a remote, Executive Assistant or similar role for a busy executive.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using Slack, Zoom, and G-Suite (required)

Must pass background checks and participate in the company’s mandatory security awareness training.

Any experience or training on using AI tools to work more efficiently is a bonus.

Work Schedule (AU client)

Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

Permanent homebased

Equipment will be provided by Outsourced

Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS (both download and upload speed)

Good working environment at home
