The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $78,092.00 to $. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
The success of this position is reliant on face-to-face interaction and requires 100% on-site work.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant with strong project management skills and critical thinking capabilities to support three senior executives: the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Credit Officer, and the Chief Risk Officer. This role requires a self-starter who can manage complexity, operate with discretion, and contribute meaningfully to the success of strategic initiatives.
This is not a traditional assistant role. We’re looking for someone who brings project coordination skills, sharp judgment, and the ability to think several steps ahead—someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and support high-impact initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
5 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate or financial services environment
Project management experience (formal PMO background not required)
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills; capable of handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); experience with project tracking or collaboration tools is a plus
A proactive mindset, high degree of professionalism, and strong sense of ownership
The ability to display discretion when handling information of a sensitive and confidential nature
Effective and accurate record-keeping abilities
Preferences:
Previous banking or lending environment
Ability to take minutes
Understanding of banking terminology
