The Junior Admin Assistant’s duties include offering administrative support to our Miami team and providing all administrative tasks to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate colleagues
Managing incoming/outgoing mail and sending of documents by courier
Perform basic office tasks like photocopying, printing, scanning
Duties to include filling, record keeping
Maintain an organized, tidy office environment
Manage office supplies
Book and manage meeting rooms and calendars
Offering administrative support to colleagues across the organization on occasion
Required Skills/Abilities
Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe
High school diploma or equivalent;
Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a similar role is a plus
This position is a full-time position and is not open to remote work.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary commensurate to experience (USD 14-16/hr)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
