Office Clerk Key Responsibilities
Document Management:
File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents as the Office Clerk
Maintain accurate records and update filing systems
Prepare and sort incoming/outgoing mail
Administrative Support:
Assist with data entry and database maintenance
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Greet visitors and provide general office support
Department Assistance:
Support various departments with clerical tasks
Help maintain office supplies and inventory
Perform other general office duties as assigned
Office Clerk Qualifications
We’re looking for an Office Clerk with:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
Strong organizational abilities
Good communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
