Amazon is seeking an energetic, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support multiple leaders in our IN & Emerging Retail team. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast growing team in Amazon, while also taking your organizational and project management skills to the next level.

This role will provide support to the Directors of IN & Emerging Stores org and assist their teams with a variety of ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and a sense of humor. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision. Key to the position is the ability to be organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as a “go to” for all members of this large team.

The position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping informed of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.

This position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include

Work closely with leadership team to provide seamless support to a diverse group in multiple locations.

Management and scheduling of complex calendars, meeting prioritization, and large-scale meeting coordination.

Scheduling cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries (including smooth transitions between time zones). Coordinate with in-house travel agents and manage international travel process.

Proactively organize, execute, and assist team activities and logistics (staff meeting agendas, all-hands, quarterly on-sites/off-sites, and team social events).

Track and assist in driving completion of key deliverables; including following up on outstanding action items.

Completion of expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan and coordinate events, ordering supplies

Represent the team and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as space planning team, travel team, and other executive assistants inside and outside of the immediate organization.

Basic Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
