Job DescriptionThe OpportunityCint seeks a highly motivated tech savvy Executive Assistant (EA) to support our General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer. The Executive Assistant will have a good sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment. The right candidate will be resourceful with a sense of ownership, have experience working in corporate environments, be customer-service oriented and have an ability to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who has a high degree of flexibility, can operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, and has a strong ability to multi-task. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative. The role comes with regular working hours, but flexibility is allowed and might be required from time to time. The EA will have the option to work from home for 2-3 days per week, with most days working from Cint’s Stockholm office.

Responsibilities

Executive Assistant (EA) to the General Counsel (based in Stockholm) and Chief Financial Officer (based in the Netherlands)

Manage the calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries

Act as a liaison between the GC/CFO and other executives, EAs, departments, and other stakeholders such as the Board or external parties

Work on assignments that are sensitive in nature and require complete confidentiality

Produce PowerPoint and other written emails or documents

Partner with other EAs and Workplace team to ensure day to day office management initiatives are met

Handle special projects and events as they come up, such as corporate or team events, holiday events, or new employee first-day welcomes

Certain workplace responsibilities are required from time to time, such as supporting with meetings taking place onsite, occasional lunch catering and happy hours, or ensuring the kitchen is restocked

Qualifications

5+ years’ executive administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Similar or combined experience/education will be considered

Experience in tech or corporate field as an EA preferred, the same with public companies

In the possession of professionalism and superior interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) in both English and Swedish with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership and teams.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy in all work, with a commitment to quality and excellence
