As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our team in maintaining smooth operations and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring the efficient and organized workflow of the team. Manage scheduling, communication, and other essential tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by managing client communication and inquiries. Ensure all requests and concerns are handled professionally, promptly, and with care.

Project Coordination: Help track and manage multiple projects related to cleaning and restoration services, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed on progress.

Document Management: Maintain accurate records of client communications, project documents, and other important company materials. Ensure everything is properly filed and organized for easy access.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and that team needs are met for a successful client experience.

Customer Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding support to clients and internal teams, addressing concerns and finding solutions that meet client needs while maintaining a positive relationship.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Prior experience in administrative or office management roles is a plus.

Experience: Experience in an administrative or customer service role, especially in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting.

Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and stakeholders.

Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and work independently while being an effective collaborator within a team.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general office software. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
