Executive Assistant/Office Manager ($90k-$110k)

Growing firm based in Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Arranging travel and preparing expense reports
  • Ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring office cleanliness
  • Setting up for meetings
  • Restocking supplies and tracking inventory
  • Ordering lunches
  • Overseeing vendor management
  • Communicating with the building management
  • Assisting with ad hoc needs, including recruiting tasks, light bookkeeping, etc.
  • Supporting special projects

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related admin/office support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Excellent writing skills
