Growing firm based in Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
- Arranging travel and preparing expense reports
- Ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring office cleanliness
- Setting up for meetings
- Restocking supplies and tracking inventory
- Ordering lunches
- Overseeing vendor management
- Communicating with the building management
- Assisting with ad hoc needs, including recruiting tasks, light bookkeeping, etc.
- Supporting special projects

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related admin/office support experience
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Excellent writing skills
