We are hiring an Administrative Assistant II to join our team! This role serves an important role in supporting our director and management with a variety of tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our internal and external clients. Our Administrative Assistants:

Answer and direct calls and emails from our internal and external partners.

Welcomes visitors and assists all guests and colleagues by answering questions, referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members, and providing other assistance as requested;
Maintains client information by organizing virtual and physical filing systems. Inputs, updates, and processes database information while preparing reports as needed; Ensures client files are created and terminated properly;

Assists the Home Care program with communicating, mailing, and messaging Home Care workers;
Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

Associate degree in a general study or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience in home care (2 years or more).
MS Office and other software experience.

Physical Requirements Include:

Must be able to lift 25 lbs, and work quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to computer keyboard, multi-line phone system, fax and copy machines.
