About the Role:

We are seeking a highly dependable, seasoned, and proactive professional to take on a dual Executive Assistant and Core Operations role. This is not a standard entry-level secretarial job; we need a mature individual who can act as a reliable right hand, managing critical administrative functions, HR operations, and high-level government liaisoning with absolute discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support & Secretarial Duties: Manage executive calendars, coordinate critical business schedules, draft high-level correspondence, and ensure seamless daily operations.
  • HR Operations: Oversee core HR functions, including documentation, onboarding alignment, attendance/leave management, and handling employee grievances with maturity and fairness.
  • Administration & Facility Management: Maintain oversight of daily office administration, vendor management, and internal operational workflows.
  • Government Liaisoning & Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies and government departments. Ensure all licenses, permissions, and statutory compliances are up to date.
  • What We Are Looking For:

    • Experience: 7 years+ of solid experience in a combined Executive Assistant, Secretarial, Admin, or HR role (experience in manufacturing or corporate operations is a major plus).
    • Liaisoning Skills: Proven track record of handling government compliance, paperwork, and external corporate relations seamlessly.
    • Work Ethic: Strong emotional intelligence, mature judgment, and an "ownership" mindset. We need someone who anticipates needs rather than waiting for instructions.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface confidently at all levels of management.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in standard corporate tools (MS Office, emails, reporting tools) paired with structured, traditional workplace discipline.
