Manhattan Public Adjustment, LLC is a growing Public Adjuster firm specialized in helping people recover from major residential fire losses.

The Role

The role is Executive Assistant to the Director of Operations. Starting out, this will be a part-time role. However, this could develop into a full-time role for the right candidate.

The Executive Assistant role is a critical position for our organization. The position is responsible for scheduling field inspections, coordinating meetings, creating documents, facilitating phone calls, and other administrative activities.

Success in this position requires the ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, prompt responsiveness in all communications, performance in high pressure situations, and constant follow-up with various parties.
