All City Plumbing: apply online or in person at 9447 London Way Ste 102 Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 at our headquarters. We do have 2 other locations one in Anaheim and another in Glendale where assistants can work from.

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, auditing and payroll tasks. Duties include providing support to our executive team and assist daily office needs and assisting our company’s general administrative activities. You will work closely with our Ceo who runs two companies or assist our Chief Operations Officer who runs all three locations.

We are a very busy award-winning, highly-rated Plumbing Company based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, servicing all of Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and some of Los Angeles County. We are a reputable, honest, and hardworking company that takes pride in delivering great service.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following area:

– Balance and organize multiple projects

– Learn fast, research new methods, and document new procedures

– Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, accounting

– Update and maintain office policies and procedures

– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

– Provide general support to staff members

– Learn company crm

– help staff with company devices and provide general field support

– help executive leader organize, update, and audit all departments

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. This is a fast-paced environment, so the candidate needs to be able to exercise patience, composure, and discipline.

Skills

* Must be extremely tech-savvy
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
good listener
self starter
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask’

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
