About the Role:

We are offering a unique opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Directors, Financial Controller, and senior leaders in Property Management and Projects. This role is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be at the heart of our company’s progress, working closely with our leadership and extended family members.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, facilities, and coordinating maintenance.

Assist in the onboarding of new employees, providing necessary information and resources.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Human Resources-related matters.

Coordinate staff training programmes and manage schedules, including meeting and event logistics.

Executive Support:

Manage diaries and make restaurant reservations for executives.

Arrange all aspects of business and family travel, creating detailed itineraries.

Screen and redirect communications to manage executive priorities.

Provide administrative support, including drafting and editing documents and presentations.

Communication and Liaison:

Facilitate effective communication between executives, team members, departments, and external stakeholders.

Prepare for and manage logistics of external guest visits and local arrangements for visiting guests.

Project Assistance:

Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.

Coordinate and manage specific projects or initiatives, ensuring successful completion.

Essential Skills:

Significant experience in office management and executive support.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other relevant IT systems.

Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative team-player mindset.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
