We are currently in search of a qualified Executive Assistant IV to provide crucial support to our USAID customer. Support the executive leadership team, including the Assistant to the Administrator (AtA), Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer (DCHCO), Senior Deputy Assistant Administrator (SDAA), and the larger bureau.

Perform a variety of administrative and analytical duties, such as scheduling briefings and meetings, attending meetings to capture notes and track action items, arranging travel, maintaining program files, and analyzing data for various program documents.

Apply HR principles, federal HR laws, regulations, and policies related to Title 5 and/or additional applicable Titles.

Support federal government HR organizations and contribute to tracking systems through data analysis and spreadsheet maintenance.

Location: The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to USAID HQs in Washington, DC.


6+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years with Associates).

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (2+ years).

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required client Facility Access.

Ability to travel for work onsite in Washington, DC if/as required.

Bachelor’s degree required.


Ability to learn Excel calculations, analyze reports, and draw insights into data.


Must be able to obtain and maintain USAID Suitability- Public Trust or Higher.

Must be a US Citizen residing in the United States.
