Schedule: 5 – 20 hours per week, primarily weekdays during regular business hours (8 AM – 6 PM), with occasional weekend needs.

Compensation: $25/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the operations of Olitzky Consulting Group. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver, a skilled communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is primarily remote, but occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle confidential information with discretion

Communication: Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations. Act as a liaison between the Executive and key stakeholders

Project Management: Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met

Client Coordination: Schedule and facilitate client meetings, take detailed notes, and manage follow-ups

Technology & Systems Management: Maintain digital files, update databases, and help optimize internal processes

Other Duties as Assigned: Support ad hoc projects, research initiatives, and operational needs

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar administrative role

Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines

Comfort working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with the team
