Staffmax is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to our client’s CEO and COO. This role is for a leading manufacturing and logistics company.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant who can thrive in a high-paced environment.
You will provide day to day and logistical support to the company. A high level of professionalism and emotional intelligence is a must.
Job Functions
Provide administrative support to CEO and COO
Manage the schedules of company executives
Act as gatekeeper
Correspond with internal and external stakeholders:
Takes care of key corporate documents and records for the CEO, liaising with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, and shareholders,
Take minutes, sit in on meetings
Prepare documents and material for board meetings and executives
Communicate with vendors and contractors
Careful management of records
Strong leadership and decision making skills
Execute administrative and clerical tasks
Takes care of administrative tasks such as filing documents, making copies, maintaining files and record keeping, prepare and remit payments, reconcile credit card statements, prepare expense reports for reimbursement.
Qualifications:
Profound knowledge of office management systems and procedures,
5+ years of experience in a business environment,
5 years of executive assistant experience
Experience utilizing an Accounting Software and great command of MS Office tools, SAP a strong asset
Being professional, confident, communicative, data-driven and analytical,
Able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, demonstrates initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving personality
Compensation and Benefits:
$60-65,000 per year
