Are you a highly organized, professional, and discreet individual looking to support the leadership team of a dynamic healthcare organization? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the CEO and other senior executives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s and executive team’s schedules, appointments, and events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
Draft and send emails, correspondence, and meeting agendas.
Assist with small projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate communication between executives and department leads to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
