Fast-growing AI fintech startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO/Founder. After raising their Series B last year and scaling from 65 to 150 people in just a few months, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the center of a massive market shift with serious momentum. The current EA is going on maternity leave, and they need a full-time strategic hire who will first cover the CEO and then transition to supporting two VPs as the executive team grows. In this role, you’ll own the Executive’s calendar and inbox, manage complex and fast-moving travel logistics, and be a strategic partner who manages up, sees around corners, and helps the Executive move faster every single day. Someone who executes with speed and thrives in a high-octane, high-trust environment. This role is open to candidates based in SF or NY who will be in the office on a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week (Tues–Thurs). 150-175K+ DOE + equity, full benefits, 401K, flexible PTO, and daily lunch in office.


Responsibilities

    Own and manage a complex, high-volume calendar for the CEO across time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and shifting prioritie
  • s.Provide thorough and detailed meeting prep, including agendas, context, and briefings for each meeting to prepare the Executiv
  • e.Manage email inbox, triaging and flagging priorities, and drafting communication
  • s.Keep the CEO informed and on top of commitments while managing up when needed to keep priorities aligned and addresse
  • d.Coordinate travel logistics and provide detailed itineraries while taking the Executive's preferences into account. Ensuring backup flights and contingency planning are anticipate

Qualificatio

    Previous 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership/C-suite in a fast-moving environment, with a startup or VC background strongly prefer
