YouX Powered, a leading player in the automotive finance industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Sydney. As the Executive Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and play a crucial role in managing internal and external relationships across the business, banking partners, and OEM car manufacturer brands. YouX Powered is known for its innovative approach to reshaping how consumers interact with financing options, creating seamless experiences for both buyers and sellers. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, contributing to our mission of disrupting the finance technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritising communications and requests on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring all necessary documents and information are available in advance.

Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes and special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents, exercising sound judgment in all interactions.

Collaborate with other members of the executive team to facilitate effective communication and coordination across departments.

Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient systems to streamline workflow and increase productivity.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. Cert IV or significant industry experience will also be considered.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Google officee Suite and other productivity tools, with the ability to learn new software and applications as needed.

Understanding and use of Apple products.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
