Job Responsibilities
Provide executive support to CEO, EMEA, including managing the calendar, prioritizing meetings and scheduling appointments
Organize and coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items
Oversee and administer office administration, including office organization, inventory management, office expenses, reception duties and facilities management
Point-of-contact with HR for employee matters for both EMEA offices, including onboarding and offboarding, and employee welfare activities
Point-of-contact with Business Administration for coordination of company events for both EMEA offices
Support and process the onboarding administration of new partners and maintenance of existing partners
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in other relevant administrative positions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level of professionalism and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
