Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CFO. ***Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience supporting c-level executives and must be coming directly from a private equity firm, or similar. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.***

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of C-Level executive.

Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with the utmost accuracy and professionalism.

Organize and oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Prepare for executive meetings, including creating agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.

Collaborate with other administrative professionals to maintain seamless office operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services, private equity, or a similar fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

$120,000 – 140,000 base salary
