You’ll act as a key representative on their behalf, building strong relationships across the business and working closely with the wider Finance leadership and senior EA community. By bringing clarity, organisation and sound judgement, you’ll create the space and capacity leaders need to drive priorities forward with confidence.

What You Will Bring
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant operating independently, supporting senior leaders with complex, high impact portfolios in a fastmoving environment
- Proven capability to apply judgement with minimal guidance, prioritising effectively and making sound decisions on behalf of senior leaders
- Experience working comfortably at the most senior levels, with confidence engaging with Directors, the C‑suite and their EA teams as a trusted partner and peer
- Strong organisational and commercial awareness, enabling you to anticipate needs, simplify complexity and stay one step ahead of competing priorities
- A strong track record of handling sensitive and confidential information responsibly, acting with integrity, discretion and professionalism
- Advanced diary, travel and logistics management experience, managing complexity calmly across multiple senior stakeholders
- Credibility to represent leaders and the function across Sky, building collaborative and inclusive relationships grounded in trust
