Premier global hedge fund in the heart of New York City, is seeking a project-oriented C-level EA with 15+ years of experience working for a Senior Executive of a top tier asset management firm or hedge fund. Coordinate meetings, events, drive projects, create presentations and reports, organize international travel, manage files, retrieve calls and act as gatekeeper. Liaise with other senior executives and their EA’s and act as true extension.
Bachelors’ degree out of an accredited University required, with exceptional references
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Windows, PowerPoint, CRM, Salesforce.
Base salary up to 175K plus generous bonus and sensational benefits package.
