We are seeking a sharp, dedicated, and multifaceted Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of an innovative, rapidly growing luxury fashion and lifestyle brand based in New York City. This is not just a support role—this is a full-scope, right-hand position that touches every aspect of the CEO’s personal, professional, and operational world. From high-level executive logistics to everyday personal needs, you will be the glue that holds the pieces together in an incredibly fast-moving and high-stakes environment.

This role requires polish, agility, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to move seamlessly between corporate boardrooms, luxury travel itineraries, private family dynamics, and detailed household management. You’ll work closely with internal teams across real estate, fashion, operations, hospitality, and legal—serving as the gatekeeper, air traffic controller, and strategic partner to a very busy and ambitious CEO.

This is a true “no task too big or small” position. The right person will take pride in excellence at every level—booking international travel one moment, packing a suitcase the next.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the CEO’s true right hand, managing an intensely busy calendar of meetings, appointments, and travel (domestic and international)

Coordinate and communicate across multiple business functions: fashion operations, new brand launches, real estate, hospitality ventures, and philanthropic initiatives

Serve as liaison between the CEO and senior staff, partners, vendors, and collaborators, ensuring communication is efficient, timely, and professional

Oversee large-scale design and construction projects (residences, office spaces, retail), interfacing with architects, contractors, and designers

Manage household staff (chefs, drivers, housekeepers), oversee scheduling, payroll coordination, and service standards

Anticipate daily needs: ensuring meals are delivered, clothes are ready, and day-to-day personal requests are handled with urgency and discretion

Handle all personal gifting, shopping, and special occasions (Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)—ensuring thoughtful, timely execution

Assist in packing and prepping for travel or events when support staff is unavailable

Maintain organization and confidentiality across sensitive business, legal, and financial documentation

Create and manage daily radars, briefings, and post-meeting follow-ups to ensure the CEO’s day flows seamlessly

Collaborate with extended family members and other staff across multiple households

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting a high-level executive in fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, or UHNW family environments

Business-savvy with a strong understanding of luxury markets, lifestyle branding, and corporate operations

Impeccably organized, able to anticipate needs and manage multiple moving parts at once

Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex relationships with grace and diplomacy

Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—no ego, no task too small

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly

NYC-based and available for occasional travel as needed

This is a rare opportunity to step into a powerful and immersive role within a high-impact fashion and lifestyle brand. While the scope may eventually be split into two roles, the CEO is currently looking for one extraordinary individual who can manage it all with care, hustle, and a commitment to excellence.
