Moris Media seeks a diligent and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential CEO support. You’ll play a key role in smooth leadership operations while contributing to our mission of empowering businesses through PR, marketing, and technology solutions.

This position demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication. As the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, you’ll manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, oversee daily operations, and collaborate closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage CEO’s schedule, including meetings and travel.

Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all meeting materials.

Act as a confidential liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.

Conduct research to support decision-making processes.

Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate seamlessly with other team members.

Manage office operations for efficiency.

Support the Board of Directors by arranging meetings and drafting agendas.

Represent the CEO professionally in all interactions.

Stay informed about industry trends to provide insights.

Handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Identify opportunities to improve processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience supporting C-level executives.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.

SALARY: 40k to 90k (Negotiable depending on profile, experience, personality, and skills)
