Our client, a prestigious financial firm, is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to their CEO. This is a true temp-to-perm opportunity for a polished professional with a strong background in high-level administrative support. Must be able to interview this week, and start ASAP.
Location: Midtown Manhattan (Fully Onsite, 5 Days/Week)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Minimal Overtime)
Compensation: $30–$40/hour | Conversion Salary: $80K–$90K
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Maintain and manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal/external engagements.
Travel Coordination: Partner with a travel agency to organize both domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and logistics.
Expense Reporting: Track, reconcile, and manage expense reports using Excel.
Board Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and prepare materials for approximately 24 board meetings annually.
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, manage filing systems, order office supplies, and assist with daily administrative tasks.
Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint is also required.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
