ClaimAngel is the leading litigation finance marketplace, having facilitated $100M+ across 20,000+ transactions for plaintiffs, law firms, and institutional funders nationwide. We're a fast-moving, Series A-stage company and we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our CEO.
This is not a traditional admin role. You will be the CEO's right hand — managing his time, his communication, and his world so he can operate at the highest level every single day.
What you'll own:
- Full calendar management — scheduling, prioritization, and protecting focused time
- Email inbox triage, drafting, and routing
- Coordinating meetings with attorneys, law firm partners, investors, and business leaders
- End-to-end travel planning (flights, hotels, ground transport, full itineraries)
- Attorney and legal communications — tracking deadlines, managing document flows
- Pre-meeting research and briefings on people, companies, and agendas
- Expense tracking and reconciliation
- Personal logistics as needed
- Following up on open action items and keeping nothing from falling through the cracks
Who you are:
- 5+ years of EA experience supporting a C-suite executive, ideally in a fast-paced startup or legal/finance environment
- Exceptionally organized with obsessive attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information
- Proactive — you anticipate needs before they're asked
- Strong written communicator who can represent the CEO professionally
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Based in or willing to relocate to Boca Raton, FL — this is a fully onsite role
