As theExecutive Assistant to the Group CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the executive office. You will provide comprehensive administrative support and act as a strategic partner to the Group CEO, helping to manage their day-to-day activities and streamline their workflow. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of Re.Group

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-level administrative assistance to the executive, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence on their behalf.

Assisting with special projects, research, and presentations as required by the executive, often involving compiling analysis and reporting.

Efficiently organising the executive’s schedule to prioritise tasks and meetings, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities.

Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.

Managing and filtering communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, and responding on the executive’s behalf when necessary.

Proactively identifying and resolving issues or challenges that may arise in the executive’s day-to-day responsibilities

Handling and organising important documents, reports, and data, often involving sensitive and confidential information.

Staying updated on relevant software and tools to support efficient communication and organisation, including proficiency in office software and communication platforms.

Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and discussions.

Screen and prioritise requests for the executive’s time and attention, ensuring that only essential matters reach them.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the executive.

Administrative support to the executive leadership team.

To be successful in this role:

Demonstrated success supporting a senior executive

Able to be entrusted with handling sensitive and confidential information, requiring a high level of discretion and trustworthiness.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise discretion, tact, and judgement.

High level of proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Being flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs of the executive and the organisation.

Representing the executive and the organisation in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.

Confident, energetic and a positive outlook
