Our client, a highly respected food safety consultant with an international clientele, is seeking an Executive Assistant to ensure seamless operations and world-class client service. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage high-level clients with precision and care.
This is a fully remote opportunity.
Essential Duties & Functions:
Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the President, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Client Communication: Maintain professional, responsive communication with clients, delivering exceptional service.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the President’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and events.
Project & Meeting Coordination: Organize and oversee project plans, internal and external meetings, and key business initiatives.
Office & Clerical Management: Oversee administrative tasks, manage office operations, and support overall business efficiency.
Client Accounting & Data Management: Assist with QuickBooks, office databases, and website updates to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in an executive support
Client Service Excellence: Professional demeanor with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client interactions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks and website maintenance is a plus.
Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage high-detail tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work-from-Home Readiness: Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in the food safety, technical, hospitality, or professional services industries is a plus.
