Executive Assistant to HR Team

A prestigious, global private equity firm is hiring for an Executive Assistant to support their Human Resources team. This role will require the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment while multi-tasking and project managing. This EA will engage with many facets across the organization and must be team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.

Salary commensurate with experience: $100-130k base + discretionary bonus, 3 weeks vacation, fully paid benefits, and 401k with match

This is a hybrid role in Midtown East, NYC onsite Monday – Friday with remote Fridays

Hours are generally 8:45am-5:15pm

Responsibilities

Manage Outlook calendars, scheduling internal/external calls, and managing travel coordination.

Prepare executives before meetings and debrief with needed action items after.

Tracking and scheduling interviews and candidates, while maintaining confidentiality.

Help coordinate performance reviews.

Organize, plan, coordinate, and manage the day-of activities for special projects and events, partnering with other admins.

Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements.

Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills will be critical.

Answer “rolling calls” from the main phone line.

Qualifications

4-6+ years supporting executives, finance experience is a plus

Experience managing travel itineraries and Outlook scheduling

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and a team player mentality.

Able to multi-task and pivot as needed.

Strong attention to detail and uses discretion with confidential matters.
