Exports are to over 35 countries from Fiji Island in the east to USA and Latin America in the west.

Recently, the company has made significant investment at their plant in Sultanpur Hyderabad and is expected to double their revenues in the next 2-3 years. Deccan is looking for dynamic candidate with proven track record to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will with good communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all administrative work, making sure the CEO’s operations run smoothly. Thus, the candidate should be detail oriented and a creative problem solver.
Responsibilities
Control workflow
Interact with leadership, internally and externally
Participate in review meetings and help prepare minutes and track follow up tasks
Analysis of data and produce actionable MIS reports
Support people management, feedback, annual review, training, HR & Admin functions
Effectively communicate company’s vision and MD’s message for good work culture
Co-ordinating with various internal and external departments to ensure smooth execution of day to day business operations as per the company policy
Organizing various appointment, conference calls and making arrangement for the same
Maintaining and updating calendar on regular basis and planning the activities in advance
Making national and international travel arrangements, visa, forex, insurance, memberships, mobiles, credit cards etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience of minimum 7 years
Good computer skills including ERP & MIS
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Communication skills, written/verbal
Languages – English, Hindi and Telegu
Graduate with relevant experience
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Should be a Go Getter
The candidate should have multitasking skills.
