Job Description: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)
Location – Delhi (Shalimar Bagh)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. This role is critical in ensuring the MD’s time is optimized and that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Act as the first point of contact for the MD—screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings by compiling agendas, briefing materials, and minutes.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless flow of information and follow-ups on action items.
Draft communications on behalf of the MD as needed.
Project Management
Assist in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked.
Monitor progress of tasks delegated by the MD and provide timely updates.
Meeting & Event Management
Organize and coordinate company events, board meetings, and off-site meetings as directed by the MD.
Prepare logistics and materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving on behalf of the MD.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience in supporting C-suite executives or board-level stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
