Position: Executive Assistant to the President $85,000 – $100,000 Annual

The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and members of the Executive Leadership Team. This role serves as a trusted partner in managing executive priorities, facilitating communication, coordinating complex schedules and meetings, preparing executive and Board materials, and assisting with Shareholder records.
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting executive effectiveness by anticipating needs, maintaining strict confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activities across the organization. This position requires exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment, preferably at the C-suite or President/CEO level.
- Experience coordinating Board of Directors or Executive team meetings, including agendas and materials, strongly preferred.
- Experience managing scheduling, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (e.g., clarity, grammar, punctuation) with the ability to prepare and edit Executive-level correspondence and materials.
- Strong calendar and time-management skills, including the coordination of multiple executive schedules involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving ability in handling confidential and sensitive information; ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization; professional demeanor, adaptability, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
