About the Job:

Manage weekly, monthly, and annual scheduling needs for internal and external meetings, conferences, appointments, and events for three senior leaders.

Create and edit necessary meeting materials such as presentations, spreadsheets, reports or general communications for events, meetings, or internal circulation.

Facilitate international and domestic travel agendas with exceptional attention to detail.

Monitor project deadlines, assuring objectives are progressing and initiatives are being met. Maintain open lines of communication regarding changes and project adjustments.

Conduct research and summarize information for company meetings. Be an active participant and work effectively across senior-level agendas.

Process and track expenses and reimbursements for senior leaders.

Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants for seamless internal communication and workflow.
