Position Overview:Oklo is seeking a scrappy, dynamic, technically capable Executive Assistant to primarily support our senior product and engineering leadership. This role demands a combination of administrative prowess, technical acumen, and the agility to navigate a rapidly evolving industry. We are looking for an experienced executive assistant or an early career STEM professional, who is motivated to learn the ins and outs of Oklo.
Provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and other internal departments as well as external stakeholders.
Efficiently process and distill a high volume of incoming information, presenting it in a prioritized manner to senior leadership, and facilitating subsequent actions.
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other critical documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage confidential information with discretion, upholding the company’s data protection standards.
Proactively address and resolve administrative and technical challenges.
Stay updated with industry trends and nuclear power technology advancements to provide relevant insights.
Assist with project coordination, ensuring milestones are met and updates are communicated effectively.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, showcasing resourcefulness and adaptability.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical or related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with a preference for those familiar with technical environments.
Strong technical proficiency with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges.
Knowledge of the nuclear power industry is a plus, but not required.
