As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to support three senior partners.
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities for three senior partners. This individual will be based in our NYC office four days a week and will act as a strategic partner, providing high-level administrative support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to three senior partners, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
Serve as gatekeeper and liaison, managing internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting logistics
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, room booking, and follow-up actions
Assist with special projects and confidential initiatives as needed
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and anticipate needs to proactively resolve issues
Qualifications:
3–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within asset management, private equity, or financial services
Proven ability to support multiple senior-level executives in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with calendar and travel management tools (e.g., Outlook, Concur)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to take on ad hoc projects
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to stay steps ahead
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary of $100,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience
