We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks, including managing phone systems, data entry, and assisting with office clerical duties.
Duties
Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Answer and direct phone calls using professional phone systems.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers when required.
Experience
Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures is essential.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
Experience with Microsoft and Google programs like Office, Word, Excel, etc.
Experience with property management and estates is a plus.
A background as a personal assistant will be advantageous.
