Executive Assistant to the CEO Jobs in Remote at Command Business Products Inc
The Administrative Assistant for Health and Wellness Sciences will play an integral role in supporting the department’s day-to-day operations, working closely with the Dean and office staff in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with a primary focus on facilitating the smooth operation of academic and administrative functions for the Health and Wellness Sciences department. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and capable of managing a variety of tasks related to student services, faculty support, and office management.
Key Responsibilities include:
Course Scheduling & Academic Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of credit courses, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the academic system; Assists in managing R25 scheduling software, coordinating classroom assignments and events; Organize and distribute the final exam schedule for all relevant courses, coordinating with faculty to ensure accurate time and locations.
Student & Faculty Communication: Notify faculty of key dates for attendance submission and grade postings, ensuring compliance with departmental and institutional deadlines; Assist in the registration process for Health and Wellness Sciences students, ensuring accuracy in course enrollments and maintaining up-to-date student records.
Administrative & Recordkeeping Support: Maintain and update administrative records, including health-related documentation for students in the ACEMAPP system, ensuring compliance with program and clinical requirements; Support general office operations, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining electronic records to ensure smooth workflow and easy access to information; Assist in tracking and reporting departmental data as needed for accreditation or institutional purposes.
Front Desk & Office Support: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to voicemail inquiries in a timely and professional manner; Greet visitors to the office, providing excellent customer service and directing them to the appropriate staff or department as needed; Help manage office supplies and assist in maintaining a well-organized, efficient office environment.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and coordination of departmental events, meetings, and workshops; Provide backup support for other administrative team members as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork; Perform other duties as assigned.
