Compensation:
$26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Implement policies of the association
Assist Manager in enforcing rules and regulations
Cite violations and conduct follow up to resolve problems
Monitor the initial paperwork for contractors, renovations deliveries for compliance to property protocol
Prepare work orders for maintenance from residents and manager
Enter all work orders into system and back charge owner accounts
Maintain Buildinglink resident information
Oversee all Move In/Move Out activity – maintain calendar, collect fees and certificates of insurance. Communicate/coordinate with staff
Oversee Community Room Rentals – maintain calendar, collect fees and certificates of insurance. Communicate/coordinate with staff
Prepare calendar of approved deliveries
Respond to complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions of all members of the association
Answer all incoming calls
Greet residents and nonresidents as they enter the office and assist with their inquiries
Fulfil board request by performing work requested or informing manager or maintenance of the request
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office organization and office protocols
Property Management experience in condominiums is preferred, but not mandatory
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be highly organized, personable, and able to maintain a high level of service in the face of pressure situations
Have experience in a deadline-driven environment and take action with a sense of urgency
Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
Have excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
Must be technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
