About The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO, providing critical support to ensure the smooth operation of his daily activities. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform independently with minimal guidance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing comprehensive administrative and executive support
Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint
Collect and manage the CEO’s personal expense sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Maintain detailed and organized expense ledgers for both corporate and personal transactions
Provide support for the CEO’s family office, including basic administrative tasks and coordination as required
Act as a liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Represent the CEO in meetings and events as needed, ensuring a polished and professional image
Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain a smooth workflow without requiring constant supervision
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar executive support role
Education: University degree required
Skills:
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Calm, polite demeanor with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Personal Qualities:
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
Independent and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and act proactively
Passionate about delivering high-quality work with attention to detail
Presentable and capable of commanding respect in diverse settings
