Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Optimum ABA Therapy. This role is vital in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our therapists and analysts to focus on providing exceptional care to our clients. The ideal candidate will embody our values of kindness and support while managing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors warmly.
Handle scheduling and appointment management for therapists and clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for client files.
Assist with billing processes using QuickBooks and manage office supplies.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in office software; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
